Products at Trellis by Elyana are made to order; hence, we have a no-return or refund policy. 

Custom-designed orders are not eligible for return. TRELLIS BY ELYANA accepts items for modification (e.g. sizing) only within 7 days of receiving your item. However, depending on the type of item, extra charges may apply.

Damages and issues

Our team meticulously inspects each piece to ensure it meets our high standards of perfection. However, in the rare event that you receive a manufacturing defect with your order, please let us know so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
